ArtsConnect is dedicated to “Connecting people through the arts” They provide up-to-date information to the community at large on arts and cultural events, opportunities and related topical items of interest and seek out opportunities to connect individuals and groups to share ideas and showcase their talent and skills, helping to build new partnerships and new audiences. As an advocate for arts and cultural development, we continue to create and expand awareness of the beneficial aspects of arts and culture on the well-being of our community.

Crossroads Hospice Society

Crossroads Hospice Society was established in 1988 to serve the communities of Anmore, Belcarra, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody. The Society's aim is to provide care that values life until the moment it ends. We believe that every life has meaning and purpose and we strive to fill each remaining day with comfort and dignity.

Golden Spike Days Festival

The festival commemorates the arrival of the Canadian Pacific Railway line in Port Moody. The three-day long festival has been getting better each and every year. The event includes dancing, live music, boat tours, great food and much more.

Links To Literacy Golf Tournament

The Links To Literacy Golf Tournament raises money to ensure a lasting legacy of literacy for the Tri-Cities community through the work of the Port Moody Public Library.

Mossom Creek Hatchery

Mossom Creek Hatchery is a Salmon hatchery in Port Moody, British Columbia. It is a salmon enhancement project supported by Fisheries and Oceans Canada. It was started in 1976 by high school volunteers from local Centennial School in Coquitlam and teachers Ruth Foster and Rod MacVicar.

Nothin Dragon Boaters

Nothin’ Dragon is a group of enthusiastic, committed and fun‑loving paddlers, aged 50 plus. The team was formed in 1998 and originates out of Dogwood Pavilion in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. We promote participation, fitness and camaraderie.

PCT Summer Sunday Concerts

Slap on the sunscreen and lug the lawn chair down to Rocky Point Park for the Summer Sunday Concerts sponsored by PCT. Local musicians belt out jazz, folk and soul at 2 p.m. every Sunday afternoon through July and August.

Port Moody Arts Centre Society

Port Moody Arts Centre Society inspires creativity in a friendly atmosphere by building connections in the community to enrich Port Moody and attract the world.

Port Moody Ecological Society

First week of May of every year the Port Moody Ecological Society presents the Fingerling Festival sponsored in part by PCT. A family event, visitors can learn from local wildlife groups and help release young chum salmon from Noons Creek Hatchery.

Port Moody Festival of the Arts

The Port Moody Festival of the Arts is committed to developing, nurturing and growing our audience to include all ages and cultural groups in our community, while introducing a diverse selection of visual arts, media arts and performing arts to appeal to a broad audience.

Port Moody Firefighters

Port Moody Fire-Rescue prevents or minimizes the loss of life and property from fire and natural or man-made emergencies. The department also conducts public education, safety and fire prevention programs.

Port Moody Heritage Society

The Port Moody Heritage Society promotes appreciation of community heritage by collecting, showcasing and celebrating area history through exhibits, programs and events at the Port Moody Station Museum.

Port Moody Rotary Club

Rotarians are leaders in their home communities and internationally.

Port Moody Secondary School

PMSS's goal is to engage all students in a dynamic learning environment that creates responsible citizens, able to meet life's challenges.

Port Moody Wearable Art Awards

Presented by the Port Moody Arts Centre Society and sponsored in part by PCT, the Wearable Art Awards encourage local, Canadian and international artists of all mediums to submit evocative, imaginative and thought provoking creations for the human body.

SHARE Family & Community Services Society

SHARE Family & Community Services Society is a non- profit, independent, community based organization providing leadership and programs in response to the social needs of the residents of the Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore and Belcarra), New Westminster and adjacent communities. SHARE Family & Community Services exists so that vulnerable individuals and families in the Tri-cities, Anmore and Belcarra have the opportunity to pursue the life they choose.

SHIFT Theatre

SHIFT is focused on creating high-quality art in the community, with a focus on bringing audiences something they haven't seen before. Many people in Port Moody and the surrounding Tri-Cities area often think they have to travel to Vancouver to get what's "new" and "fresh" in the art community -- that's no longer true. SHIFT is devoted to creating exciting and innovative opportunities right in our own backyard.
